Face Trace is a face-shape comparison tool operated by Tony. It helps you explore the proportions in a portrait and compare them with six shape references, while processing your selected photo in your browser.
Choose a clear portrait to see relative matches for oval, round, square, heart, oblong and diamond references. The tool also displays face-length and width ratios and an approximate jaw bend angle. You can save your measurements as data, download a result card or print a report. The guides explain how to prepare a photo and interpret the result.
The detector uses MediaPipe landmarks and a geometric comparison against developer-chosen reference profiles. The percentages are relative similarity weights, not probabilities of being correct. There is no validated accuracy claim. Camera perspective, expression and landmark errors can change the reading. Face Trace is a styling aid, not a medical assessment or a measure of attractiveness.
The detector processes selected photos locally and does not upload them for analysis. Hosting requests and future advertising are covered separately in our privacy policy. We plan to support the site with third-party advertising; no advertising network code is currently installed by the operator.
